Doug Hall’s work encompasses product photography, interiors, corporate portraits and site-specific and photographic art. A graduate of Sheridan College’s photography program, Doug draws on over 25 years experience for clients such as Nortel, Polaroid, Royal Bank, CBC, the Royal Ontario Museum and more than a dozen colleges and universities. His design sensitivity and eye for composition has resulted in commissions from interior designers, architects and industrial designers such as Karim Rashid, whose first book included dozens of Doug’s product shots.
Doug has produced images sculpted in glass for Lakehead University’s donor wall, a series of full-size street life murals for Pizza Pizza locations; oversized images of condominium architecture for Royal LePage; large-scale studies of the city’s architectural landscape in all 45 corridors of Toronto’s Spire condominium; and 88 limited edition Georgian Bay images in the corridors of Toronto’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel. His work has been shown in Toronto’s CONTACT Festival of Photography and selected images have been published by PI Creative Art.
